| Installation |
Installation is simple. Insert the installation CD into your
computer and EA does the rest and 15 minutes later you should be ready to
commence your first transaction after having entered your consignee and product
information in the databases.
Networked Installations
Where multi-user installations are required, an additional license per each
additional user will be required in addition to the individual user license
for single user installations. Networked installations may still be installed
from the installation CD but will require assistance from your in-house or
contracted IT personnel or our authorized contractors to ensure correct
installation. These labour costs will be additional to the license costs
mentioned above and will be charged at an hourly pre-quoted rate.
Minimum Technical Requirements
One of:
- Microsoft ® Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 OR
- Microsoft ® Windows XP Service Pack 2 OR
- Microsoft ® Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 OR
- Microsoft ® Windows x64 editions
- Microsoft ® Windows Vista - installation must be assisted by
Gallant Pty Ltd
And
- Microsoft ® Outlook
- Microsoft ® Access 2002 (XP) or 2003
- Processor: Computer with a 600 mhz or faster processor (1 GHz or higher recommended)
- RAM: Minimum 192 MB, Recommended: 256 MB (512 MB or more with SQL Express)
- Hard Drive Minimum: 500 MB
- 1024 x 768 screen resolution; at least 256 colour display
- CD ROM or access to a network CD ROM
- Laser or Inkjet printer
- An internet connection to send emails
